“When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.”

The MonDak Heritage Center announces its second annual Celebrating Chocolate event for Feb. 6 at 7 p.m.

Last year’s event was a huge success with close to 200 people in attendance.

Advance tickets are on sale now at Stockman Bank (corporate sponsor of the event), The Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture and the MonDak Heritage Center.

Ticket costs are $10 for MonDak Heritage Center members and $15 for non-members. (Please call in advance before purchasing tickets or memberships at the MonDak Heritage Center to make sure workers are around). Officials are only selling 175 tickets, so purchase yours early. It will be a wonderful evening consisting of a chocolate buffet, fruit, nuts, cheese and crackers, wine, espresso, stout beer, cold milk, chocolate coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Thanks to corporate sponsor Stockman Bank, all proceeds will go directly toward bringing cultural events and art and history exhibits to the region.
