Vaccination clinic

Richland County Health Department Vaccination Clinic will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at1201 W. Holly.

Required immunizations for school entry may include shots for: polio, tetanus, diptheria, pertussis, measles, mumps, rubella and varicella.

Ask what shots are required for your child to start school. You will need a copy of your child’s immunization record for school registration in August.

Hamburgers in the Park

Hamburgers in the Park will be served from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Sharbono Park in Fairview. Supplies will be sponsored by the Powder Keg.

On July 17, hamburgers will be served from 4-8 p.m. Supplies will be sponsored by Hurley Enterprises.

Relay for Life

The Relay for Life team Teen Rays will host a garage sale Friday from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday from 7-10 a.m. at 914 Third Ave. S.E., Sidney. All proceeds will go to the fight against leukemia cancer.

Walking to Wellness

The Walking to Wellness half-marathon (13.1 miles) begins at 7 a.m. Saturday at the Svarre Municipal Pool. To sign up for the event visit www.richland.org/activities. Walking distances of 5K (3.1 miles) and 10K (6.2 miles) will also be available.
