June 13
Jarvis Cole Klempel, 19, Sidney, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. and charged with unlawful possession of intoxicants while under 21 and careless driving. He was cited into Sidney City Court and released.
Jessie Melissa Kadzejs, 26, Sidney, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Ravalli County Justice Court that charged her with failure to appear. Bond was set at $585.

Thomas Joseph Flournoy, 33, Williston, N.D., was arrested by Williston Police on a warrant issued out of district court that charged him with issuing $1,250 in bad checks. He was incarcerated in lieu of a $5,000 bond after he was arraigned in Williston and brought back to Sidney.
Kenneth J. Kukowski, 45, Shepherd, was arrested at 1 a.m. at Lone Tree Inn and charged with public drunkenness. He was incarcerated in lieu of a $100 bond.
June 15
Eric Anthony Errecart, 31, Sidney, was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with partner or family member assault after police received a call to a local residence. He was incarcerated with no bond.
June 18
Del Wayne First, 47, Culbertson, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving while license is suspended and driving a motor vehicle while insurance is expired. He was incarcerated in lieu of a $1,255 bond.
James Richard Shelton, 19, Sidney, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. and charged with deceptive practices and theft. He was incarcerated in lieu of a $1,610 bond.
June 24
Two 16-year-old males were arrested at 12:50 a.m. and charged with curfew violations at the 100 block of Seventh Avenue S.E. They were cited and released to the custody of their parents.
Byron Mitchell Kuylen, 22, Sidney, was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with partner or family member assault. He was later charged with criminal destruction of tampering with communication devices. Kuylen was incarcerated with no bond.
June 27
At 10:45 p.m., police saw three underage males at the 100 block of Second Avenue N.E. Officers stopped to interview, and subsequently a 9-year-old, 11-year-old and 12-year-old were arrested and charged with violating curfew. They were cited into City Court and released.
A 14-year-old female was charged with failing to return after her parents reported she ran from home and failed to return. Police located her and cited her into youth court.
June 28
Mark S. Berg, 27, Sidney, was arrested at 6:15 a.m. and charged with partner or family member assault after police received a complaint. He was incarcerated with no bond.
Chase Allen Wahlstrom, 20, Alexander, N.D., was arrested at 8:15 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass to property and criminal mischief, misdemeanors. Earlier, police received a complaint from southwest Sidney that someone was sleeping on their porch. Wahlstrom was cited into City Court and posted the $520 bond.
June 29
At 10:25 p.m., officers arrested two juvenile males at Veterans Memorial Park and charged them with curfew violation. All were cited into court and released to their parents’ custody.
June 30
Robert Allen Heinzle, 36, Sidney, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. at Sidney Health Center and charged with public drunkenness. Heinzle had been admitted to the center when police were called about him causing a disturbance. He was incarcerated in lieu of a $100 bond.
July 2
Police received a theft report at 1:30 p.m. from Agri-Industries claiming a power threader, hand grinder and spool gun were stolen. They were valued at $1,150. Police are investigating, and they have a suspect.
July 3
Robyn Brannan, 31, Sidney, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Sidney City Court that charged her wtih issuing $400 in bad checks. Brannan was incarcerated but later posted the $600 bond. She was given notice to appear in court.
July 5
Three juvenile males were arrested at 1:30 a.m. after an officer saw them at the 100 block of Fifth Street S.E. The 12-, 13- and 14-year-olds were cited into youth court and charged wtih curfew violation. They were then released to their parents’ custody.
July 6
Robert Allen Heinzle, 36, Sidney, was arrested at 2 p.m. on a warrant issued out of Sidney City Court that charged him with violating the terms of a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $500, and he was immediately taken to the judge.
July 7
Gary Lee Gentry Jr., 30, Sidney, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on a felony warrant issued out of Wright County, Mo., in January that charged him with forgery. Police arrested him and charged him with fugitive from justice and he was incarcerated in lieu of a $15,000 bond. During Gentry’s incarceration, police were investigating a jewelry theft report from a resident who said she thought she had misplaced her diamond ring earlier in the year until she saw it in a local pawn shop. Investigation led police to Gentry who was charged with theft, misdemeanor.
