The following cases were held in Richland County Justice Court:

June 30

Charles Thomas Peterson, 28, Sidney, pleaded guilty to unlawful transactions with children and was fined $585 with three days in jail.

Candice Lynn Hodge, 25, Sidney, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $285.

July 6

David James Lewis, 20, Sidney, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and was fined $685 with one day in jail. He must attend ACT classes, following recommendations from counselors, and his driver's license was suspended for six months.

Renee Thompson Erickson, 48, Sidney, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and was fined $685 with two days in jail. She must attend ACT classes, following recommendations from counselors, and her driver's license was suspended for six months.
