Blinda Larsen, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, is congratulated by Chelsea Culpon, Health Benefits director of Montana Chamber Choices, and Wade VanEvery, Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture executive director, for being the winner of the Chamber Choices Group Health Insurance’s highest retention award for an agent. This is the first year of the award.
