Healthy turkey sandwich
This meal is quick, filling and, best of all, easy on the calories. It’s great for a light lunch or dinner.

1 english muffin
1 egg
2 or 3 slices of turkey, depending on thickness
Preparation:
Toast english muffin.
Cook egg on skillet.
Place turkey and in the muffin. Enjoy!
Tip:
Combine with fruit and cooked vegetables or yogurt to make it a complete meal.
