He had a very successful season,” Eagle coach Mike Gear said. Beau Prevost was named to the All-Conference team for his play on offense and defense. The senior tight end and linebacker earned All-Conference honors for the second year in a row. “Beau had a real good year catching the football for us. The senior wide receiver gave Sidney speed on the outside. “John was one of our most consistent wide receivers catching the ball. He also did a good job running the ball on a reverse play. He had a successful senior campaign,” Gear said. Lane Houchen earned All-Conference second team honors on offense. The senior running back made the All-Conference team a season ago. “Lane was our leading ground gainer this season. He has always done an excellent job grinding out those tough yards considering he’s not a real big guy,” Gear said. Tyler Schilling made the All-Conference honorable mention team on offense and second team on defense. The junior fullback and linebacker provided good strength on both sides of the ball. “Tyler was one of our most durable players. He is physical and continued to be very consistent for us. He always seemed to be in the right place at the right time,” Gear said. Matt Harris earned All-Conference second team honors on defense. The senior moved from cornerback to safety early in the season. “I thought Matt adjusted real well to the position change to free safety.
