Savage may have a very familiar face as its new superintendent of schools.
The Savage School Board will interview John McNeil for the position Monday evening. McNeil served as the school district’s superintendent from 1979 until he retired in 2006.
Savage School Board chairman Mark Tombre said an option is to have McNeil help the school district out by finishing the school year as superintendent.

The position is being advertised through the Montana School Boards Association. Tombre said the association asked Savage to wait until at least Dec. 11 before hiring a superintendent in order to give candidates a chance to apply. Tombre said McNeil also encourages the school district to find a permanent superintendent if possible.

"Absolutely ridiculous": Why such a low blow? Why are you so negative? Have you been wronged by the entire Savage community? Do you have some background information to support your slam? Are you just plain mean and nasty? I'd be willing to bet that you are more of a hinderance than a help to each and every problem you encounter or stick your nose into.
Good luck to the fine people of Savage. I hope you find an awesome individual to lead your school. "
