Eagle girls basketball teams to hold scrimmage

A full night of basketball is scheduled for Saturday featuring the athletes of the Sidney girls program.

The event, which will be held in the Sidney Middle School, begins at 5 p.m. with the fourth-grade scrimmage. The fifth-grade team will play at 5:45 p.m.

The sixth-grade team will take the court at 6:30 p.m., and the final game of the night will feature the high school team at 7:30 p.m.

Lady Eagle booster T-shirts will be sold to help defray the costs associated with the program.

Everyone is encouraged to attend, support and meet the athletes and coaches, and watch a sample of what is to come this season.
