Ben Roberts shoots a basket with his daughter, Zoe, 7, watching at HealthWorks Thursday. Ben works out at the gym five days a week and brings Zoe about twice a week. He shoots hoops to warm up and follows that with weightlifting. Zoe enjoys tumbling and running on the mats.
