Sidney wrestlers place at home tourney

Sidney's Brodey Skogen.

The Sidney Wrestling Club had its wrestling tournament Saturday at the high school.

There were 538 wrestlers coming from Billings to Williston and Canada to Broadus and everywhere inbetween. Broadus won the small team division, Billings Heights won the medium team division and Sidney won the large team division with Williston placing second. Sidney had 59 wrestlers place.

35 pounds: First, Kobe Hambro; third, Reece Graves; fifth, Dillon Villegas; sixth, Beau Rindahl; seventh, Kale Houchen.

40 pounds: First, Zander Dean; third, Brodie Gorder.

45 pounds: Third, Nathan Romo; sixth, Logan Schumaker; eighth, Ryland Christianson, quick pin winner.

50 pounds: Fifth, Grady Larson.

55 pounds: Second, Grady Nelson; fifth, Drew Ellingson.

Bantam

40 pounds: Second, Kolby Hutzenbiler; third, Zachary Johnson; sixth, Blake Benson; eighth, Tristan Schwartzwalter.

45 pounds: First, Aden Graves; fifth, Deegan Carranza.

50 pounds: Third, Kade Graves.

65 pounds: Seventh, Brodey Skogen.

Heavyweight: First, Trey Schepens.

Midget

55 pounds: First, Christian Dean.

65 pounds: Fourth, Trevor Dean.

70 pounds: Seventh, Jett Jones.

75 pounds: Sixth, Waylon Van Buren.
