Police beat

Feb. 25

At 1 p.m., Richard Victor McVicker, 29, Sidney, was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued out of Sidney City Court in February that charged him with endangering the welfare of children. The arrest came as a result from an incident in January when juveniles were arrested for possession. An investigation stemming from the incident led to McVicker's involvement. He was incarcerated in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

March 2

At 12 a.m., Connie LeRae Erickson, 46, Fairview, was arrested and charged with fourth offense driving under the influence of intoxicants, a felony, driving while driver's license is suspended or revoked and failure to carry proof of insurance. She was incarcerated in lieu of a $1,085 bond.

Tyler John Conroy, 19, Sidney, was arrested by virtue of a Seventh Judicial District Court warrant that charged him with fail to perform conditions of release. He was incarcerated without bond.
