The following cases were held in Sidney City Court:

March 1

Riley Thomas Zimmerman, 22, Sidney, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense, and was fined $185 with six days credit served in jail and counseling.

Robert Kelly Sheehan, 44, Sidney, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order and was fined $285 with two days in jail.

March 4

Joshua Wayne Entzel, 32, Sidney, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and was fined $1,085. Entzel also pleaded pleaded guilty to operating without liability protection in effect and was fined $535, and driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $535.

The following cases were held in Richland County Justice Court:

March 2

Demetrius Gene Mandan, 34, Mandaree, N.D., pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $285 with two days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense, and was fined $335.

March 4

Patrick Lynn Hatter, 58, McKenzie County, N.D., pleaded guilty to BAC .08 or greater and was fined $1,085 with one day in jail, ACT classes and his driver’s license was suspended.

March 8

Larry Robert Schmidt, 61, Circle, pleaded guilty per plea agreement to BAC .08 or greater and was fined $685, ACT classes and his driver’s license was suspended.

Nadine Marie Swisse, 52, Sidney, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $185.
