The following cases were held in Sidney City Court:

Aug. 16

Laci Dawn Bowers, 18, Sidney, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under 21 (over 18), first offense, and was fined $185 with MIP classes.

Aug. 17

Charley Herman Loomer, 21, Sidney, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $185.

Aug. 18

Robert Richard Alfes, 55, Sidney, pleaded guilty to public drinking, display and was fined $100. He also pleaded guilty to being drunk in a public place and was fined $100.

Glenn Eugene Oldegard, 48, Fairview, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and was fined $285. He also pleaded guilty driving without a valid driver’s license expired more than 180 days and was fined $235.

Aug. 23

Michael James Driskell, 26, Billings, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness and was fined $100.

Johnathan Skyler Hardy, 18, Sidney, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under 21 (over 18), first offense, and was fined $285 with 20 hours community service and MIP classes.

Aug. 24

Ray Clinton Burgess, 24, Sidney, pleaded guilty per plea agreement to misdemeanor unlawful restraint and was fined $585 with 17 days credit served in jail.

The following cases were held in Richland County Justice Court:

Aug. 16

Jake Allen Spohnhauer, 19, Fairview, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under 21 (over 18), first offense, and was fined $185 with MIP classes.

Aug. 17

Richard Allen Granbois, 27, Poplar, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and was fined $685 with one day credit served in jail, ACT classes and his driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Aug. 23

Dustin Ervin Bieber, 19, Fairview, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under 21 (over 18), third offense, and was fined $685 with two days in jail.

Aug. 25

Kevin Matthew Busch, 23, East Helena, pleaded guilty to unlawful transactions with children and was fined $585 with two days in jail.
