Never forget Sept. 11, 2001. It seems as if it was only yesterday that the War of Terror began with American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 hijacking, mass murder and suicide attack. The death toll of the attacks was 2,996, (injured – 6,000-plus) including the 19 hijackers – the al- Qaeda, led by Osama bin Laden.

For two hours the world watched from TV stations how the hands of destruction changed how we live our lives today. Do you look around each corner, tree, etc?

Both Trade Tower buildings collapsed within two hours, destroying nearby buildings and damaging others, and a third airliner struck the Pentagon in Arlington, Va., just outside Washington, D.C. The fourth plane crashed into a field near Shanksville, in rural Pennsylvania, after the hijackers had redirected the plane toward Washington, D.C.

Has this attack redirected the U.S. and its allies to sharpen up on procedures, and what-to-do in the case of…?

May we never forget – May we always remember – Sept. 11, 2001.

May we remember our troops daily that serve to keep us safe from harm.

God speed!
