Public Notice 00 00 20 - Bid Advertisement NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed bids will be received by the Richland County Board of Commissioners in the Commissioners Office at 201 W. Main, Sidney, Montana, until Monday, March 01, 2021 at 2:30PM for the construction of ARMORY ELEVATOR in Sidney, Montana. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. STATE AND FEDERAL STATUTE COMPLIANCE: Each bidder will comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. BID SECURITY: Each bid will be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of not less than TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of the bid. PERFORMANCE, LABOR & MATERIAL BOND: Successful bidders shall, upon signature of the contract, furnish an approved Performance Bond, and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of the contract. While attendance is not mandatory, the lack of inspection of the conditions under which the Contract will be performed will be a consideration in award of bids and review of sub-contractors. Walk through will be held at the project location starting in the lobby. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least THIRTY (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders.
