On Feb. 4, a bench warrant was issued out of Montana Seventh Judicial District Court in Richland County for the arrest of Charles Wayne Bliss for violating conditions of his sentence, a felony. On Jan. 22, the Richland County Attorney’s office filed a petition for revocation in Montana Seventh Judicial District Court that the defendant, Charles Wayne Bliss violated conditions of suspended sentence by (1) using or possessing alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs, (2) not receiving permission from his supervising officer or the officer’s designee before leaving his assigned area and (3) not complying with all municipal, county, state, and federal laws and ordinances and shall conduct himself as a good citizen. Charles Wayne Bliss, who is 33, white male, 6’1”, 285 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has been known to live in the Sidney, Missoula area and the state of Washington. He was born in the state of Washington.
Bond has been set at $15,000. It is felt Bliss has left the Richland County area and may now maybe living in Missoula or Newman Lake, Washington areas.
