The Montana Lottery awarded nearly a quarter of a million dollars in cash prizes in the final weeks of 2018.

The Montana Lottery awarded $246,313 in prizes since Dec. 12.

Dixie Mead, of Sidney, claimed a $15,000 prize on Dec. 17. Mead was the second early bird drawing winner for Montana Millionaire. The winning ticket was purchased at Magic Diamond Casino & Liquor Store on South Central Avenue in Sidney.

Ronald Amedee, of Helena, claimed a $5,000 prize on Dec. 12 that was won playing Lucky for Life. The winning ticket was purchased at Bob’s Valley Market on North Montana Avenue in Helena.

Jake Irwin, of Gallatin Gateway, claimed a $9,278 prize on Dec. 13 that was won playing one of the Montana Lottery’s Treasure Play games - $hake A Day. Irwin won while playing at Corral Bar, Steakhouse & Motel on Gallatin Road in Big Sky.

Sheila Levins, of Helena, claimed a $11,945 prize on Dec. 24 that was won playing Big Sky Bonus. The winning ticket was purchased at Van’s Thriftway on Euclid Avenue in Helena.

Robert Tuthill, of Bozeman, claimed a $11,945 prize on Dec. 24 that was also won playing Big Sky Bonus. The winning ticket was purchased at the Holiday on Durston Road in Bozeman.

Timothy Preston, of Great Falls, claimed a $7,144 prize on Dec. 24 that was won playing MT Slots, a progressive Treasure Play game. Preston won while playing at Big John’s Casino on 11th Avenue South in Great Falls.

Robert Brookshire, of Hamilton, claimed a $11,945 prize on Dec. 26 that was won playing Big Sky Bonus. The winning ticket was purchased at Super 1 Foods on North First Street in Hamilton.

Joi Bartlett, of Kalispell, claimed a $12,000 prize that was won playing a Winter Ice Doubler Scratch ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at the Town Pump on West Idaho Street in Kalispell.

William Six, of Missoula, claimed a $70,001 prize on Dec. 27 that was won playing Montana Cash. The winning ticket was purchased at Ole’s Country Store on South Russell Street in Missoula.

Lisa Romig, of Great Falls, claimed a $75,000 prize on Dec. 28 that was won on a Double Cash Doubler Scratch ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Mountain View Co-Op on Smelter Avenue in Black Eagle.

Denise Beaumont, of Palm Springs, Calif., claimed a $12,000 prize on Dec. 28 that was won on a Bingo Squared Scratch ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at the Conoco on Cedar Street in Helena.

Timothy Thompson, of Libby, claimed a $5,000 prize on Dec. 31 that was won on a Super Hot 7’s Scratch ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at the Save-Rite on U.S. Highway Two South in Libby.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ray Durham, of Darby, claimed a $12,000 prize on Dec. 31 that was won on a Winter Ice Double Scratch ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Mr. T’s Food and Fuel on South Main Street in Darby.

This list compiled only prizes claimed since Dec. 12 in excess of $5,000. The Montana Lottery was created by referendum in 1986. Since then, it has paid over $559 million in prizes and returned approximately $249 million to the State of Montana.
